Through coaching, consulting, and training channels, Starpoint's purpose is to enable companies to reach their objectives, using human performance as the foundation upon which everything else is built.

Dr. John Benson is the founder and a managing partner of Starpoint. John has experienced the business world with his positions in Senior Management, Sales and Service, Business Development, and Engineering. John combines his well-rounded executive experience with a common sense business approach to help people and companies find their path to achievement. John has been recognized for his insight and intuition in solving business challenges. John’s expertise includes:

John has experienced working for both public and privately held companies, with workforce sizes of 15,000, 500, 50 and 5 people. This unique experience gives John a wide lens to look through when helping companies achieve high performance.

John holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a rare combination that allows him to relate to employees at all levels in the company.
 
 
       
   
 
 
Dr. Robert Grauer has extensive experience and exceptional success in building and leading complex business organizations through periods of startup, rapid growth, turnaround, and change. Robert is highly competent in virtually every aspect of business operations with strong orientations in finance (CFO-level), sales, marketing and technology. Robert is recognized as a visionary, strategic thinker, and precision executer; and respected as a talented mentor and team leader.
